Do not shop here. Absolutely terrible customer service. They are happy to take your money, but if the appliance you buy is faulty or arrives damaged it becomes a drawn out process of screwing you around.

Our fridge arrived with a dent in the back of it-- we didn't really care as long as it worked (although we still did call up to report it). Unfortunately though, we had issues with it. After coming out several times to repair it and not being successful, we were offered a new one. However what arrived was a different model in a different colour (which is cheaper than the one we originally bought). They have the model advertised online as available to buy, but told us on the phone they had none in stock. They want us to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer wants us to go through through The Good Guys. We are being ignored, told the issue is above their pay grade, told we can only contact useful people through email, and also for the fridge dropped off we have within 24hours to refill out warranty paperwork or it will not be covered (we already paid extra for support on the fridge we did want).

This has been an ongoing headache for months. We have lost many hours of work waiting for repairman to visit over this-- with the wages we have missed out on we could have bought another new fridge by now.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge how wonderful the staff were today at Good Guys Malaga. It's a busy time of year and only a few days out from Christmas and the staff went above and beyond to help with our purchase. Ebony was our salesperson and she went out of her way to help find what we needed and made sure we were fully informed about the products.

The positive experience continued when I went to pay up at the checkout with Hannah who was very helpful and pleasant.

It was a lovely experience so I wanted to pass on my experience to the manager and even though he was very busy Nathan took the time to come over to talk with me, Nathan thanked me for taking the time to give my feedback and was grateful that he was able to give his staff the positive feedback from a customer.

So again thank you Ebony, Hannah and Nathan for our amazing experience at the Malaga Good Guys
store during this crazy time of year.

Had my samsung projector in for repair. Was told it would take 2 week. Took 8 weeks and no one ever answered the phone or communicated with us. Ignored emails and calls. Would never shop here again.

With the extreme heat we've been having I decided to add to my cooling system. When visiting the Malaga store to view the different model fan's on display. Hiren the helpful customer servicer officer went over and beyond helping me choose. Thanks Hiren for carrying my purchase to the car. I'm very happy with my choice including the discount and added Warranty 😊

Looking for our new television Salesman Duleep approached and assisted us immediately. Confirmed our needs, then gave us a throrough understanding of the new technologies and specifications followed by his recommendations around our budget.
On our request Duleep assisted us with accessories delivery and installation while giving us a great price on the package.
Can not recommend his service high enough.

Worst customer service from some staff.
The lady saw us in line next and left the cash counter without attending to us. Waited for at least 10 mins and the other Asian cashier got permission from her customer and served us. After we were served the other lady came to the cash counter. Felt disgusted with her behaviour. Please check cameras. 30th December 2024. 10.45am to 11am. My first and last time visiting the Malaga store.

Been there few times and had good experience but this afternoon went to buy air cooler, when asked about the features of one air cooler the customer representative said it turns on and off. Felt very disappointed ,seemed like he was not interested to serve customers. Later on I asked other representative who explained everything in good manners.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but today I received the best customer service I've had from anyone in quite a while.
Will was amazing. He helped me so much in being able to choose perfect gifts for my daughter's birthday. His professional and courteous manner made it a pleasure to shop at Good Guys today. He has so much product knowledge!
Will worked out a great deal using multiple coupons I had been unaware I could use. I was so happy with how much I saved on my purchases.
Absolutely will be back to Malaga store because of his efforts.
The young lady at the checkout was great as well.
