Went to purchase a microwave today, 3 staff standing near the microwaves having a conversation between themselves, not one offered any assistance until I was already halfway to the checkout carrying the microwave. To then be grated by 5 staff members busy with their cans of drink also not willing to move or help when we questioned the colorway. I was told 'oh don't worry leave this one here you can bring the other one back'. The only person who offered assistance was a gentleman already busy up the genie-lift checking stock.
Have purchased a few items here, won't be going back - if you do make sure to do the research first and perhaps bring a trolley.

We were shopping for an induction cooktop. The salesperson, Selena, was very helpful in giving us a contact for an electrician who could do the installation job well. Wide range at good prices.
Sadly, for good guys they couldn’t match the $800 difference in the price for the item that we wanted and we ordered online ($800 is $800).

Purchased a LG fridge yesterday Brian from the the good guys helped me and he was awesome great customer service, super friendly and easy to talk to full of knowledge on the products. Did a great job on getting a better price. Would highly recommend the Rockingham store and Brian for any help you need with a new fridge

Went to store this morning to buy a new microwave, I felt sorry for the 3 staff members standing around talking together as I had to interrupted them to ask where to find them, just a quick down to your right was the answer I got, after looking at them not one of them bothered to ask if I needed help so I approached them and the salesperson showed very little interest in helping me. Obviously their conversation was more important than selling me a microwave, so I apologise for interrupting. I’ll shop elsewhere for it.

Such a waste of our time.

We looked around for someone to help us with the Dyson fans as none of them were plugged in to test. I went to the counter to ask for help & they said they would send someone over.

Twenty minutes later no one had arrived, so we gave up on the Dyson & grabbed a cheaper alternative.

Then we waited in the queue for fifteen minutes whilst two customers were having some sort of difficulties at the counter, all the while three other members of staff were stood around having a good chat. They were most affronted when we asked if someone else could start serving at the counter.

Went here to try and purchase an air fryer and a tv, I could see so many staff, most were talking between themselves.
I was never approached and not asked if I need help.
After standing there for 10 mins I asked a guy for help, he said he was busy with someone even though he wasn't.
I left never buying anything

The customer service is outstanding at Rockingham.

Went to Mandurah good guys first, looked around for at least half an hour, and still no one would help us, so we went to Rockingham. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The sales team helped us in every section.
So congratulations, Rockingham, you got our $2000 dollar sale.
