I contacted John-Paul on a Saturday morning with an electrical emergency. Unfortunately John-Paul was busy at the time and unable to attend straight away but he was happy to talk me through troubleshooting the problem. Within 30 minutes I was able to isolate the problem so we now have a working septic system and running water to the house. He was very professional and would not accept payment for his time. I highly recommend John-Paul and his team and will be using their services for any electrical work in the future.

John-Paul and his team at The HEG were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
He located the issue with our faulty power points quickly, which turned out to be a very poor connection from the previous local electrician we had used. He took the time to take pictures while under the house and explain the issue to us so we understood what had happened.
Can’t recommend The Highlands Electrical Group highly enough.

Excellent service from John−Paul and his apprentices who were meticulous in their work. The brief was to install 3 exterior lights and one of them required the removal/replacement of an exterior weatherboard. Everything was completed quickly and proficiently and I am delighted with the standard of work – what a great team! I happily highly recommend and will definitely use again.
