This is my go-to store for plumbing parts and advice. Special thanks to one of the store associates that covers the plumbing department. Jim Powell is a Master Plumbing Specialist and has given me expert advice numerous plumbing questions over the years. He helps me understand how to resolve my plumbing issues, find the correct parts to buy, and explains how to install them and do the job. I always try to shop on the days he is working, which I believe is Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Many thanks Jim!

While at Leesburg, VA Home Depot needed help with an issue. Josh and Nick worked with me to resolve an issue and they were great to deal with. I am happy to give them a good review. I’m from out of the area but would recommend these guys to anyone from the leesburg area.

3 of 4 employees were courteous, polite, professional.

The fourth, an older gentlemen named "Bill" has no place I'm any customer service capacity.

Bill spent the entire interaction blowing me off, like telling me that "you're in the wrong store if there's a water alarm in Aisle 3" when the very alarm was in my hands just minutes prior.

I'm not going to stoop to his level, so I said "Have a good day, thank you Sir"). Which his response was "yeah yeah".

I recommend your store addresses Bill accordingly.

I like buying charcoal at Home Depot. They have a good selection at prices that compare with the least expensive alternatives I can find it for elsewhere. Great selection, too. I don't like using the poisonous briquets that are often the only option at other places. So I can always find real lump wood charcoal at Home Despot.

I had a fine experience this Home Depot. They have a good selection of tools, building supplies, and lumber. Pretty standard Home Depot. Had a good chat with several of the employees. They were kind and helpful. One employee help me get this foam pad from the top of the rack (see photo). They also have some rental vehicles available.

Store is dirtier than other comparable diy hardware stores and items always misplaced in wrong places on shelves if you are lucky enough to find things at all. Staff move away if you act like you're about to ask them a question. They never have items in stock regardless of what their online system says. Ignore what their online inventory says, it's just not accurate.

Wanted to rent a truck. Pinky took us out showed us the truck waisted 10 minutes came back inside asked us for our information just to tell us the trucks was out of service and could not rent it. By now we waisted 20 minutes and the manager Jeff all he could was sorry. This store needs better communication.
