I recently purchased a queen mattress from The Mattress Company. From my first visit to the final ordering of the mattress Tanya was informative and of great assistance in helping with the choice we made. On the delivery day the mattress arrived early, which was a bonus. The two delivery guys were extremely helpful, friendly and explained how to care for the mattress. Great customer service. I would highly recommend The Mattress Company to any prospective customer.

Visited the factory last Friday. I was given an attentive and informative introduction to mattresses. I ordered and paid for delivery to to a Caravan Park on Monday morning at 7.30 a.m. I was delighted when they arrived 10 minutes early as I was waiting to allow access through the boom gate. A very friendly duo, then placed the bed and mattress into the cabin and offered help. A very good introduction to Yandina.

Just picked our new mattress up for our caravan. I have to say it was a very easy exercise right from the beginning. We called in to "The mattress factory " in the off chance that they had caravan mattresses as we were sick of sleeping on the one supplied with our van. We even bought a gel foam topper to try and make the old one more comfortable (fail). They were all very easy to deal with, everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and non pushy. we were given plenty of options and in no time at all we settled on a beautiful comfortable pillow top. They took 2 weeks to make it from scratch. We didn't mind the wait and we actually thought that was quite quick as they were very busy. As I said we picked it up this morning and it fitted perfectly in every way. We are really looking forward to sleeping on it as we both used to get sore hips and backs on the old one. I will give it a few weeks and give an update. But I can't imagine there will be any negative feedback whatsoever....UPDATE, we have been sleeping on this beautiful mattress for 5 months now. It is so comfortable that we stayed with family recently and took the mattress out of the caravan and slept on it there as well. I have to say it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. To add to this that anyone who has read my other reviews will know that if I wasn't happy I would be the first to let people know. I can safely say we're extremely happy with this product.

This is my second Mattress Company bed, have had it nearly 5 years now and it's still the best and most comfortable bed I've had. My original latex mattress also still going strong in the guest bedroom. Always look forward to getting back in my own bed after time away! Very, very happy with my purchase and will go back again!

We first purchased mattresses for our daughters 20 years ago and then purchased a latex mattress for ourselves. We have recently moved to Central Queensland and went back to the Mattress Company to purchase our new mattress which is so comfy. Would highly recommend The Mattress Company for any mattress whether home or caravan

Like Goldilocks we tried two other companies and their “mattresses” on a painful journey that left us crippled and having to take painkillers before sleep, before a friend recommended the Mattress Company. We were impressed with the design that we can flip the mattress and extend its useful life. My wife was impressed that the actual guys who made the mattress, also delivered it and helped her set it up, then took away the packaging.

After 14 months, we noticed one of the sides was losing support (with 250kg load any bed of ours gets a workout) and they organised to pick it up at 7:30am, take it back to the factory, disassembled it, found the problem and then returned it by 1pm with new reinforced sides. A pleasure to discover that the Mattress Company honours its warranty in a friendly and efficient manner and are eco-friendly in repairing their quality product rather than replace/landfill. It is the best mattress we have ever owned and feel so much more refreshed when we wake up. We thank them every morning, even though they don’t get to hear it.

UPDATE - 3 years on. The Mattress Company after sales service and support is the best on the Coast. Noticed the other side was losing support (my bad), rang them and they fixed it under warranty again. super reinforced and tuned up, this is now the best mattress I have slept on in my life. They have it on file, so I can get another one exactly the same. Try that from a mattress in a box company!
