Great friendly service from these guys. They confirmed beef and lamb is halal sourced and even showed the supplier box as proof. Worcestershire cracked pepper beef sausages, lamb chops and beef rump were all delicious! Fresh, good quality Australian meat. Really glad I found this place, so nice to be able to enjoy Aussie foods that are halal!

I'm not normally a 'pork' eater. But I recently bought 2 thick pork cutlets and they were SENSATIONAL - the best pork I have ever tasted. I buy their chuck steak (beef casserole) and lamb (roast and cutlets) and every piece of meat I have ever bought is always delicious. The only thing better than the quality of the meat - is the STAFF. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. ?

Bought 350g ham today & asked for thick cut. It was cut as thick as a steak (ridiculous!)with fat included, the fat weighed almost a 3rd of the weight of my purchase, which went straight in the bin as no one eats ham fat.
Everyone's doing it so tough, I'm furious & disappointed to be blatantly ripped off by the small business we were trying to support. Train your staff!

We own a food trailer and source all of our meat from here, nothing but high quality meat, we receive many compliments on the quality and freshness of meat we get, our food trailer is Beats N Feeds, if you don't believe me come and try. The team is awesome and they support a lot of local businesses, not sure who owned it before or what customer service was before but I've had nothing but great experience and good customer experience and most importantly fresh meat.

I have been a Customer of this outlet for many years. Great service and great variety. BUT. Went today to another Butcher at another shopping Center at Tweed South. ? Budget Rump Steak $18 per Kilo. Cooked it tonight Tasted wonderful. . Probably better than the advertised price at the Meat Smith.. WHY

I have been going to this Butcher in Tweed Mall since inception. Today 22/04/2023 I purchased Spare Ribs. Got them home. BBQd them. All bone. No meat. What’s the point of paying $18 per Kilo for bone when it’s supposed to be a meat outlet instead of a bone factory. To the Management? Get your act together
