Poor quality and Poor customer service.
I recently bought their organic 12 eggs on 22nd Jan and had a bad experience with the quality and their customer service.
As an organic lover, every week I have organic-eggs of other organic brands on the market. Since out of stock in a couple of stores where I regularly shop, I tried this one and found out that awful stinks from the broken eggs for cooking. I never had experience before. It is supposed to be a just fresh egg smell.

After breaking the eggs, it stinks so bad and strong like chemicals or ammonia something. It's more clearly smelling from the inside of the eggshell. I have to wash my hands several times to get rid of it.
I contacted this company regarding this issue, And they only informed me that the brand label on the cartoon may have caused this smell. On the 30th of Jan, I replied that it was not smelling from the carton and pkg. It's coming from the inside of eggs which are not expired. I stopped to consume the rest of them for potential safety issues. And bought other brand's eggs which were totally fine only fresh egg smell. I asked them to pick it up for investigation. However NO RESPONSE AT ALL since then.
I can see why they don't sell it from big stores like Woolies and Coles etc. They can't keep the quality standard and don't meet their guideline I reckon.

What a waste of time and money.

Be aware of their formal response without any actions for customers if you have issues with their products. They don't care about customers' feedback.

P.S Please stop sending junk emails which sent today. I'm not interested in your products. I don't want to waste money again. Also, I never ticked to agree to receive any info on your products. What a pathetic one-way service.

They are no longer in business and have stopped trading in Australia. Sad to see this company gone. You will see slow reacting website's still selling them
