Mitch and I cannot thankyou enough for catering for our special day. The food was immaculate and our guests absolutely loved it.
We did not once thought of going through another business as you guys always do an amazing job and this time was no different.
Your meat is top quality and Mitch and I always feel like a very valued customer when we go into your store.

Contacted this shop a few weeks ago, looking for chicken ribs and was advised I would need to order them in advance. Did so and upon calling back a week later to confirm and pick up my order, was told they were available, only to receive a text a few minutes later saying “The boys at the shop forgot to do your order. Could we make it for next week?” I agreed that would be fine despite the inconvenience.
Called this morning to ensure my order would be available this time and was told “I don’t know if they’ve done it.”
Wasn’t offered an explanation, apology or an alternative time at all.
I appreciate things don’t always go to plan but this was pretty poor, to be honest.
And I don’t think “the boys” forgot. Likely it was not planned at all.

Edit: I received a response to my feedback from the owner Brenton on the fb page and have attached a screenshot of it.

Tried a good few of the sausages from here the other week and they were delicious! Great flavour, nice and meaty and not fatty. Amazing steaks here and slow cook cuts like brisket. Really great people who run this shop too, really great community spirit!! Highly recommend.

Really love the quality. Such a friendly welcoming butcher shop. You are made to feel like the only customer. We got 1/2 a pig and it is so tasty and tender. The price was what drew us in. Also they would of packed it how I wanted. Was my choice to bag at home. When I get a smoker I will be going to see how to use it

If this platform offered more than five stars, Brenton, Mel and Ivy would be getting them all. This place is absolutely fantastic, with a great vibe, and massive love for their customers. Brenton and his family do an amazing job, not just feeding the locals, but supporting Men's mental health. We love a good local, and this is definitely the best. Massive thank you to Brenton and Mel, and a special thank you for Ivy, who always greets everyone with a wide grin on her face. A very special family with a great business to support. Try out Brenton's Wagyu Brisket burgers for a Sunday night special. You won't be disappointed!

Brilliant butchers with great products, and never too busy to go the extra mile for their customers. I've even done a couple of workshops (sausage making & brisket smoking) and can say from first hand experience how fastidiously clean and professional they are. These guys also do loads for the local community and support those with mental health struggles, even throwing a weekly Friday BBQ out the front of the shop for anyone to drop by for a feed and bevie and have a chat or take home a meat tray if they're doing it tough. Can honestly say that Brenton and Mel are 'salt of the earth' people who care passionately about their work and their community! Keep up the great work guys!
