Absolutely superb experience! The small menu was executed exceptionally well, with standout dishes like the duck and fish that rivaled our experiences in France. The shared praline dessert was heavenly - I'd return just for coffee and dessert if I lived nearby. The selection of fortified wines was also impressive. Knowledgeable and friendly staff added to the exceptional service. Highly recommended! Gary and Deb.

Food - Yes. Everything was amazing (though, for me, the Artichoke soup was another level of amazing!). Each of us (there were 6) found a dish that blipped out from the excellence by a smidge... The food is that good...
Service - Yes - we are filling out the adoption papers now. 😀

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the views, to the cocktails and the meals everything was exceptional. Staff were lovely, knowledgeable and polite. Although the price may not be for everyone I thought the prices are comparable to other high end places I've been to.

We had the most amazing lunch at the Paddock restaurant. The degustation was perfect to have a trying of an amazing menu and whilst the food was amazing and we wanted to lick our plates when it was finished the stand out was our service from Yolanda.
From the second we stepped into the restaurant she completely looked after us and made our day extra special.
Recommend experiencing the food, service and atmosphere at the paddock restaurant!

Easily a top 5 restaurant on the Gold Coast, a culinary destination well worth the drive from Brisbane! My visit to Paddock Restaurant in December 2022 was a forgettable experience, a stark contrast to today’s lunch. With new chefs leading the kitchen (formidable husband-wife duo Chris and Alex Norman who both need no introduction to food enthusiasts), all five courses of the $115 Paddock Menu we enjoyed today were outstanding. Taste, texture, presentation - it was a privilege to see our local produce be executed to this high standard.

The serene hinterland setting is so beautiful and inviting, and special mention to restaurant manager Jack who was impeccably versed on the menu, the estate and was a joy to interact with.

All in all, a must-visit whether for a getaway or a leisurely lunch/dinner - I look forward to returning and seeing how Chefs Chris and Alex and their team continue to elevate the Paddock Restaurant experience!

What a beautiful location and amazing surprise at the quality of the food. We came on a quiet day and had the whole place almost to ourselves. You immediately feel relaxed in such gorgeous surroundings. The food was outstanding, with unique flavours, and cooked to perfection. We loved the use of farm to table and native ingredients as well.

My partner and I dined at The Paddock for the first time recently and couldn't rate it highly enough. The restaurant is beautiful with an intimate atmosphere, only elevated by outstanding service and phenomenal food. Our server was Yolanda, she had impeccable knowledge of the menu and is far and away the most considerate and engaging hospitality worker on the job. Thank you for taking such nice photos of us and pointing us in the direction of where to elope on the estate.

We took our overseas visitors here for lunch and we all enjoyed an outstanding meal. The food was next level delicious and the presentation was exceptional. We all had 3 courses and wine and it turned into a long lazy lunch. Even on a misty rainy day, the view is gorgeous of green lush fields and the service was unhurried and relaxed. A special mention to Jack Rowe who looked after us and has an outstanding knowledge of the local sustainable ingredients that go into each dish. I thoroughly recommend this dining experience and next time will stay over in the gorgeous cabins on the property
