When customer satisfaction is your goal, you win customers for life.

I required several sheets of Perspex for a planning table on a mine site. The quote was reasonable and fabrication times were within requirements so I proceeded with the order.

Upon arrival, the team took ownership of my order, and after working through the best way to ship this product without breaking it, a solution was arrived at. I was impressed at how the owner of the business personally intervened and took ownership of the situation and went well above reasonable requirements to ensure that my order was properly packed to prevent damage during freight. He didn't have to do this, probably had several other things to do, but it was important to him personally that his firm's product arrived intact and fit for purpose. That's a rare thing these days.

Quality is second to none. Customer focus is exceptional. I'm a repeat customer for sure.

I had to get a 3mm thick perspex sheet about 120 x 95cm in size. This was to fit on a decorative pool gate to make it compliant with the pool regulations following a pool inspection.

Sean and the team were great. They quoted 25% less than another company and made it up that day. When I brought it home, I realised the measurement I gave them was 3mm off. I called them up and they said they could trim it for me which they did while I waited.

Great service. Highly recommended. Well located in Osborne Park.

Cannot recommend enough! I needed some custom designs made for baby proofing. I emailed about four companies and TDP were the only company to reply promptly, said they could help, able to meet urgency and well priced! The others either didn't bother responding, or said it would be several weeks lead time, too expensive and not worth it. So I supplied TDP with a really rought draft and measurements of what I needed, they produced them quickly. Upon pickup, we discovered a design flaw, essentially my fault, and TDP figured out a way to fix the issue at no extra cost, by the next day. It's actually the second time I've used them, the first was efficient and pleasant too. Again, highly recommended!! Thank you!!

I was very impressed with the willingness of David to navigate me past what I thought might work. One of the best for over 30 years!
Having recently read a 'BAD' review of this business I was moved to write my own comments. I have been dealing with The Plastic Display People for more than 30 years and am delighted to say it has been one of the best client/supplier relationships I have had in my 45 years in the advertising business. For many years now I have regarded the management & staff of The Plastic Display People as friends as well as work colleagues. The Plastic Display People go out of their way to assist everyone, including those who may only want a small piece of acrylic or Perspex. They do not discriminate against smaller clients and have a long list of regular clients who will not go anywhere else. One Swallow does not a summer make and one bad review is just a grain in the sand hills full of happy, satisfied customers. Thanks to The Plastic Display People for all their invaluable help and assistance over many, many years and I look forward to our continued association for another 30 years.
