The Roost is an amazing co-working space right in the heart of Newcastle. I made the move from a home office to The Roost around a year and a half ago and its been the best decision I've made for my business to date. Not only is it perfectly situated to take advantage of the surrounding cafes (perfect for casual business meetings) and business services, but also from the support that comes from working in an environment where everyone is happy to offer advice regarding running a small business. It sounds cloche but it really is like a big old family! If you're a start-up looking to grow your business I can't recommend The Roost highly enough!

A seriously rad environment to help you and your creative business. The vibe is awesome, the people are tops and the facilities... well, I've had a few people tell me it is like working for Google. They can't believe it is an office + a place to have fun. Play ping-pong, video games, lounging area when you need a little downtime, run cool events etc.

Easily a 5 star place that anyone who has a creative business will benefit from meeting some of these people and spending a bit of time there

I've been at the Roost at bit over a year now after working from home and I'd recommend it to anyone in the same position. The shared office space is great from both professional and social perspectives. I feel a lot more productive here and I've met some great creatives who I've been able to collaborate with on projects.

As well as a group of friendly people, there are perks such as high speed internet, a kettle and a wide variety of teas.
