We both had a single scoop in a cup each, she had Cookies And Cream, I had Tiramisu. Both servings were quite generous, and delicious.

A very cheerful and courteous member of staff here during our visit, she kept herself busy between customers by cleaning the tables.

Was served by Michael, he was so bubbly and lovely! I'm sure they're all great but he happened to be the person who served us. Such great customer service, when you get such polite and good energy from individuals promptly addressing you, it makes you want to come back! Ty Michael ? you really made me and my friends night just from your lovely and welcoming demeanour.

Good assortment of flavours but mainly with chocolate. I’ve eaten one scoop of Brownie and one of Kinder Bueno, they were good.
Nice area, especially in the evening. It’s close to the train station, there’s a shopping centre and few bars and restaurants close to this gelateria.

Yummy gelato place! I always head here after dinner at Macarthur Square.

Their selections do change daily except for popular standard flavours (such as lemon, pistachio, chocolate). Had Blood Orange tonight and I know I'm going to add this to my favourite gelato flavour!

Service is quick, even when busy, the wait is usually not too long, but be prepared to stand behind a crowd at the counter.

the ice cream is amazing. best ice cream ever if you will….. but, i went a couple of nights ago and the quality of customer service is low. the two girls were so slow and chatting/whispering which i don’t think is bad if they chat as long as you’re efficiently getting the job done. then it started getting busy and they still took their time so unbothered, one prioritised making an uber order as soon is it came through, which imo uber is last priority since there is an actual line of customers forming in front of u. i work in customer service and uber is last priority, idk maybe that’s how their boss taught them. the girl assembling the açai took so long too, i just wanted to walk in and do it myself. back in the day the service was so much better, idk how long ago but i think they were the original girls that worked there. i haven't seen the new ones with bad customer service before until the other day.
also the granola is not the best for the açai.
p.s the new york cheesecake ice cream is the best

This little Gelateria is very inclusive, they have plenty of nut free, vegan and sugar free options and the mix-ins are insane! The brownie and dulce de leche gelatos are a standout. A couple of things to note, the ‘Caramilk’ gelato is more of a Caramello gelato and if you’re after multiple flavours, you’ll get more value out of a take home pack than a melty little cup.
