What a awsome company the Shade sail shop is,the girls helped me decide what shade sail was best for our 2 pups to use as there toilet ,as the artificial grass does get hot,amazing price and delivery service excellent.

Ordered some paint for delivery to Melbourne 3-4 days postage. And tracking details were to be provided after confirmation of payment made.

No tracking was ever provided. And after 8 days still waiting.

Contacted seller who apologised and advised product would arrive that day which it did. They were Very apologetic and it’s good product but the need to improve their communication to customers.
