I found my experience to be extremely disappointing. The Google reviews appear questionable in their authenticity. I received a quote of $20,000 for a double carport, but unfortunately, the company failed to follow up with the quotation. Moreover, my attempts to reach them via phone prior went unanswered on multiple occasions. I would strongly advise against engaging their services. The proposed quote went outside of property boundaries.

I recently enlisted The Shed Company to put up two sheds in my backyard. I can honestly say that the staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable in regard to all the bits n pieces that go along with putting up a shed. From the start to the finish, they not only put up with my changes along the way but also suggested some excellent changes I might like to adopt. Thank you to Brett and his team for doing a fantastic job with our shed from start to finish. Brett arrived when he said initially to quote. The quote was done almost immediately. All tradies showed up when they were supposed to. They all communicated with me directly and completed each stage efficiently and correctly with no issues. Invoices were sent promptly. The workmanship was spot on. The shed looks amazing. The builders of the actual shed worked 11 hours straight without stopping for more than 5 minutes so they could complete it and the hot sun...excellent work guys. They cleaned the site up after they finished. Everyone was respectful also during the whole process. Great work team. More than highly recommend and would use you again in a heart beat. Well done to a local business. Keep up the great work. I went with this business in the first place because of their reviews and when I went into the office before I even spoke to anyone I overheard a conversation with a lady who was there at the time saying how pleased she was and how they went over and above to get her job completed....and this is why I used them and I hope this will encourage someone else to do the same.

Brett form Ipswich was very helpful both on the phone and in person when he visited to assess the area. The construction was carried out with the 2 constructors not only been professional but discussed fascists of the job with us to ensure the final product was better than the original idea. Brett did his job extremely well and this was complemented but the openness and input form the erectors. I would like to add that we have had several sheds erected by the Shed Company over the last 10 years and the this was the best experience from any of the franchises we have had with much better communication. WELL DONE

We recently had a 9m x 10m custom shed and 23m x 9m custom shed- home designed and erected by the Shed Company. Once everything was finalised everything pretty much went as promised, except for a few small glitches with delivery and weather. The erectors, Cory and Aaron worked long hours to get the job done, and are to be commended for their work ethic.
Apart from some issues with the windows which the Shed Company came back to rectify, we were were very happy with the quality of the product and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where to start with all the issues we had with The Shed Company! After speaking with the sales consultant and visiting our property with the concrete contractor it was agreed where to place the shed (due to easement and council restrictions). Between the time of visit and when the bank approved our loan the sales consultant moved on. The owner Brett then moved forward with submitting the plans to the original position without checking if this was in fact correct (and borderline within councils limits of the easement). This was then not picked up until the new concert contractor had started the earthworks for the slab. After going back and fourth we left as is. Slab gets poured and is worst quality job have ever seen, full of cracks. Raise issue and get no where but a oh well nothing we can do now it is done! Move on and shed gets installed and the locks are unusable. The keys are all but a straight cut key and you could use a butter knife to access the locks. The locking mechanism were also dodgy and not lining up when trying to lock from the inside, to point shed could not be secured at all. All this was explained and after many emails and being made to feel like were idiots (as pretty much sent a step to step guide on locking a roller door) finally had them agree to send someone out to look. When they send out a locksmith, low and behold we were right and keys were not correct and lock mechanism were faulty. So it was arranged to have new mechanisms ordered to be installed. After weeks of waiting they arrive in office and be told would be a further wait for them to install. Over all the issues we had we decide to just collect the mechanism ourself and install (should of sent them a bill for the services). Now brings us to final issue and why we will never deal with The Shed Company again, when originally looking at sheds we wanted one we could extend on later. Being assured we could, we went with The Shed Company. Email sent to get info on doing so to get a simple reply of “sorry we don’t sell kits like that with just the one bay it won't engineer up with that design. Sorry good luck”. Now I understand if what I was originally asking might not “hold up” if they had a inch of customer service they would in fact help a customer with what would hold up with their own Shed Company Design. So we will now take our business elsewhere and ensure all people in the area who ask where we got our shed from hear of our full experiences with The Shed Company. And if I was smarter and quicker I would of ensured we had a refund of the monies we paid, as the high price in no way reflects the product we received 18months ago.
