Building our 80sqm Shed has been a dream of ours for a long time. When we first looked at getting quotes from what seemed like hundreds of shed companies out there it was quite overwhelming. When I first emailed the Shed Company Tammy emailed me back straight away with a quote and the friendly gesture to provide any help if needed. Initially after getting all the quotes we were moving towards another company mostly because our neighbours just got a shed from this company and we knew they had a good result and we were so nervous of things to go wrong (from experience on other projects) and they were both pretty much on par with price. We were only a few days away from purchasing the shed with this other company when Tammy reached out and asked how I was going with the quote I was honest and said we were looking at going with another company and explained the reasons why. Tammy said she would see what she could do to help and try and meet our needs as best as possible. Long story short we decided to go with The Shed Company. Tammy and I would email back and forth constantly and I knew I could always get hold of her and that made us feel so comfortable and she reassured us the whole way through. Tammy never once made me feel bad for asking questions (and I asked a lot of questions) or asking to change the design to meet our requirements. Tammy truly does care for her customers and made us feel like a person rather then just a number like I did for some of the other shed companies that we initially spoke to. Once we purchased the shed kit they continued to reach out and be caring and ensure the process was going smoothly and they continued to provide their fantastic customer service. Tammy put all our worries to rest and the whole process couldn't have gone better. Any little problems we had were solved with no issues at all. I would recommend the Shed Company to anybody and I cant thank Tammy and her team enough for making us feel so comfortable throughout this whole process and giving us the shed we have always wanted. I had a very good experience and can't thank Tammy, Terry and the whole team enough for the hard work they put into my shed and making sure the whole process happened with ease.

I had a custom shed built and the whole process took many months given I had issues with council approval etc. Tammy helped me though the whole process and gave me lots of help and updates along the way. They also lined me up with someone to do the shed erection which turned out great.

Now the shed is up I can say it's very well built and good quality. I'm hoping I don't need another shed for a while but if I did I'd come back as the personalised service is the best plus they make good sheds. Keep it up and I hope to enjoy my new shed for many years to come.

After calling a few places we chose The Shed company Mundaring because of how helpful they were on my initial call. Even though they were not located near our job that did not matter. Tammy and Terry have been wonderful and have even helped me organise other trades for the fit-out of our large 2 story workshop/shed. It is great to be supporting a family owned business. As difficult it was for us to source all that we wanted from the council, Iwe couldn't achieve this on our own . So it was constant to and fro, amendments after amendments, and Tammy and her team supported us through this for 4 months, with a smile, understanding, amending the plans, providing alternatives, and keeping us updated with the costing related to the changes. An excellent outcome was achieved and we have our shed (man cave I hope) Thank you Tammy a job well done.
