So the perfect LFS and wholesale shop. Excellent range, the best prices (really!), easy to find with easy parking with a huge warehouse, knowledgeable and approachable staff. Large range and selection catered for - freshwater, saltwater, some hard to find stock and pieces of equipment. Genuine staff who declined to upsell stuff I didn’t need and gave me options they didn’t have that were more suitable for my circumstances. I’ve stopped going to my old LFS. Downside is the location - about 45mins from the CBD located in an industrial estate. I strongly recommend this place and great work to the staff. They’ve got a great website and a loyalty program also. Overall fantastic. Left a happy customer and for that I recommend you to others. Thanks again guys.

I’ve been going to the tech den for a month now, the team have heaps of knowledge, they are always happy to help with any questions, even if I mess up and add too much ammonia while cycling they help me out. Ive been to other local fish shops and the service is not the same, Can’t recommend them enough.

These guys are always so helpful and full of knowledge when ever I go down. This time I had an issue with black beard algae (I think that’s name) and I was fixed up straight away with product to fix problem.

Extremely fast postage and very reasonably priced product (best price I’ve come across for Planaria remedy).
Also sent a mini mentos in the package, which I thought was a very nice touch!
Very happy with Tech Den Caboolture, will have to visit in person one day.

Great operators and customer service. I've brought a few items here for my aquarium. I recently purchased an item from techden and they priced matched a competitor for me. Once I got the item I changed my mind and returned the item and they provided a hassle free refund. Much appreciated and will continue to shop here.

Have ordered several times from Tech Den, items we’ve had difficulty finding elsewhere, and each time it’s been simple to navigate the website, prices were reasonable and we were really surprised that shipping took literally a few days to receive the items. When delivered they were packaged well and in good order. We got what we paid for and quality has been exceptional. Will order again

The variety at the Tech den is amazing,Pricing reasonable..Tanks are always clean and maintained..2 of the saltwater guys Lewie and Tom are great, full of knowledge and super helpful
1 lady Jazz in the tropical area is always smiling,helpful and on point with her knowledge.
The manager Dean is quiet rude and arrogant unless you have your boobs out or are male.

Have purchased quite a few items from The Tech Den and i haven't been dissatisfied yet. All items arrived quickly and all very well packaged. All the fish foods are sealed and fresh. Bonus the lollies Thank you ? Will do business again in the future.
