We had a wheel come off our van just north of Miriam vale, after ringing around we were told to ring these guys. They were great. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive to Bundaberg, they did the job for us straight away, took just over an hour. Very happy with the service from the guys. Can highly recommend them.

The staff went above and beyond to problem solve a spare hub issue on my old Millard Caravan. As it was raining at the time and the workshop was busy they let me use the rear of the workshop to carry out further investigation work. Doug in particular was more the helpful with my situation.

Our trailer indicator light stopped working so we went to The Trailer Shop. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Even though they were busy, Graham the technician came out and tested then fixed the problem. We were back on the road within 20 mins.
Big shoutout to Jack (security) that got lots of pats and cuddles whilst we were there.

Thank you Errol and all the staff at The Trailer Shop Bundaberg. We have had another good 10 years out of our 37 yr old caravan thanks to the work they have done on it.
Parts have not always been available but they have never failed to come up with a solution.
10 yrs ago our van suspension had collapsed German Rubber Suspension at the time 27 yrs old. The van used to drag on the ground. The Trailer Shop strengthened the chassis, put in leaf spring suspension, stronger axles and bigger wheels making the van a much better towing combination with our 4WD. They also made a metal stand for the airconditioner and welded extentions onto the legs so that they could reach the ground on our now much higher van.
Today's job was replacing and customizing a stabilizing leg.
We highly recommend this business.
