Came in for some advice, and was greeted with quite a hostile/condescending lady. Whilst she answered our question, her abrupt approach made us feel quite uncomfortable to the point where instead chose to purchase elsewhere.

The team at the Watershed Morley helped me get a professional level home reticulation system setup for around half the price I was being quoted elsewhere. They helped me design a system to suit my installation conditions (available water pressure and my areas that require retic), they then provided a competitive quote for all parts required, they delivered all parts in separate bags for each retic station to make it easy to install and then they assisted throughout the installation with some technical support.
Rochelle is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything with great detail.
This review is my way of saying thanks for your help. I'll be back soon when i am adding some more retic to our home.

If I could give no stars I would.
Rocked up before closing time, checked google before going to be sure they were open. The male was outside smoking and drinking with the store locked up and when we got his attention after calling and waving out to him he was rude and told us he didn’t care.
Proceeded to be rude and arrogant as well as trying to be somewhat intimidating.
It was actually disgusting poor behaviour
