5 stars for sure! I m so sorry that I dont remember the name of the woman that assisted and helped me, I m so bad at it, but she s the best! I can tell you my experience, I visited 4 travel agencies, everybody was nice, but she is definitively the best! She s been helpful from the first second, I wrote in the chat online, she responded me immediately, then I passed at the agency and she already had some options according to what I said to her. I was so late, I wanted an overnight sailing trip for the day after and she found the best and cheapest deals that could've been found in airlie beach, and she s been so nice, available and patient with me (as I was changing my mind every minute). Never been treated that well in a travel agency, she really cared about delivering me the best experience she could. And the sailing trip was awesome! Thanks a lot! I had a great experience! If you want to have a great service and an experience that suits you in the best way possible, based on what is airlie beach offer, well you should choose this great crew! Definitively recommend, obviously!

The staff was incredibly helpful! We booked a two day sailing trip to the Whitsundays and were running late due to a flight delay and they contacted the boat and let them know we were late and leant us bags (you can't bring bags with zippers on the sailing trips and we didn't know that ahead of time). Also, they have free wifi and free bag storage.

Very dirty and stunk of urine on most corners of the main street. Town was run down and no effort has been made to reinvest within the community. Only good as gate way to the islands.

We had a stuff-up with our hotel, so came to these guys looking for a last minute place to stay. They found us a lovely house, right in town, way nicer and much cheaper than our original hotel 🙂
