It is very funny that there was only one google review with only 2 stars posted 1 year ago before we reviewed, and after we posted the review, there are a few more reviews all with 5 star right after the owner replied, wow....such a coincidence. And after disappeared for couple of months, the owner started to contact us immediately after we posted the review 🙂

Pls have a look at the email between us yesterday. The owner claimed that he couldn't use the materials anymore after repaint and he had to purchase new ones for replacement, while he couldn't provide the original invoice or gave us back the faulty materials back. Also Sam mentioned in message that he need one day for the labour. We are surprised that your worker work 20 hours per day with $60/hour's rate. So, who is lying? 🙂

I am sorry to say that you have to be very careful regarding payment from Sam. There was one job that he said we didn't paint the correct color, so we repainted. After that, he said the paint was too thick and he couldn't use the materials. We agreed to pay for the new material and the labor cost for cutting new materials, although he refused to give us back the faulty materials in the beginning. After 4 months, he still hasn't sent us either the invoice for purchasing new materials or given us back the so called faulty materials. Sam even didn't reply to either my message or phone call at all since Feb when the job was ready in Jan. It is very obvious that he was trying to find excuses and then disappeared just to avoid the $2200 payment.

Our building was complete by the windows factory and at five dock,by Sam and his team. It's been five years now. We tried a few places in sydney and up in brisi, no one compares, the price, the profiles used, the locks, the best. I would recommend Sam and his team to any constructions company or home owner.
