Ok, so I made a purchase on Friday 7/03/25 and within an hour I realised I had purchased the wrong item and sent several emails trying to cancel the order immediately, with no response for 6 days but funny enough responded the day they shipped the item with no follow up since that correspondence. They have a no refund policy for change of mind but this isn’t a change of mind it’s simply a wrong purchase and I would be happy to exchange for the right item but they don’t stock the correct item Im after. Basically they will not answer any emails to have a conversation about the problem. I realise im at fault for purchasing the wrong item but the customer service team don’t answer phone calls and do not reply to emails. I recommend dealing with a more professional company and save yourself the headache.

I bought the TLA blackout goggles for eye protection from infrared light.
The goggles are aoooo tiny. I could only get a nloxkmout wffect by holding my hands to my face (kinda blowing the Red Light treatment) and pushing the tiny goggles directly into my closed eyes with my index fingers.
Then there was the strap across thw bridge of my nose ... so mich longernthan the hap between myneyes as to be useless.
I give one star, because I have to before reviewing; and a second one because I think that these very small, narrow goggles might possibly suit Asian eyes - as long as their nose bridge is very, very wide.
Thyey were 't that expensive so, no real biggie. But now I'll order the $3-figure ones from company that supplies them to surgeries for patients using "healing" red light therapy.

I cannot even begin to describe how bad this company is! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You get 0 response from emails and calls no matter how many you send. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They lie to you if you ever get in contact with them and tell you they will call you back which they never do! Its got to the point where I have requested for my item to be returned to me and I will shop elsewhere because I am so put off by this company!!

WE LOVE OUR LAMP (Black 1800 + Hybrid Stand)
I'm in a wheelchair for the past 26 years and so I needed a light panel that could hover above my bed, that way i can use it out of my wheelchair for greater coverage. I'm beyond thrilled with it, it's easy to use, I have the most relaxing moments under the lamp. I'm still at the beginning stages of using it but i'm already noticing results, the pain lessening, my skin improving. My daughter loves it too! (I'm using her account for this review)
Jonathan went above and beyond for us, his emails were beautiful, he drove up from the Gold Coast to Brisbane on a Saturday and put it all together like an angel, you just can't get service like that anywhere else. Such great value! Thank you thank you thank you!

BUYER BEWARE - THESE PRODUCTS HAVE MISLEADING WARRANTIES
I purchased the infrared pad and battery pack for use in my cancer therapies - when the product was about 8 months old I noted some of the lights had stopped working - I contacted the company to be told as it is a product that goes against your skin they can only accept returns after 30 days. CAV agree their warranties are misleading as this product states a 12 month warranty - however in another section completely under the warranties they note the no return policy for items after 30 days. Absolutely joke - $500 for a product that hasn't even lasted 12 months - their offer to me is to buy another and they will discount it - I am not interested in giving this dodgy company any further money and instead I will applying to the courts for a full refund and my costs. I've also recommended these products to friends and family some who have spend over $2500 - they are now petrified to know they have no actual warranty.

In response to the owner - I was offered 50% off a new device - so if accepted I was out of pocket another $250
The product was faulty and should be replaced or refunded in full - if you’re so worried about safety don’t request the item back - simply replace it as you should under consumer law & be transparent about your warranty’s as none listed are relevant unless the fault occurs in the first 30 days. Your harassing emails aren’t appreciated. I’ll continue to tell everyone I know to avoid your product- over simply replacing 1 faulty item your willing to lose business - can’t expect your company will be around for long with that business model!!!!

Unable to get a response to a question about the warranty on their product. Have tried email, online chat and message with nil response, they’ve had just under four weeks to respond to any of the above options. I would consider purchasing elsewhere as I imagine there could be issues with contact and assistance if there were any faults or concerns with their products. It’s a shame we won’t be supporting a local business. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, however the people purchasing these products sometimes come from vulnerable financial positions with chronic conditions and I don’t want others to have a negative experience.
