RE THE TECHNOLOGY
In one case, within 24 hours of posting the virtual tour to a property, a buyer was in touch ready to inspect. Having already spent so much time clicking through the tour at home, all he needed was 5 minute's on-site before the contract was signed by the pool and the deal done.

RE THE SERVICE
In our first experience with Ben, we had the misfortune of a hardware failure that stopped the job half-way through (3 hours in). The on-site tech was able to identify the problem and within 60 seconds Ben was on the phone to talk us through and explain the issue.

While there was a delay in returning to complete, the handling of the issue was above reproach and we finished with a happy client and excellent final product.
