I ordered some pool tile holders from Martinborough in New Zealand. The service was exceptional and the items were despatched on a Thursday from Tilers Online in Australia. I received them, well packed on Tuesday ie 4 business days after despatch.

I requested that two small ornate tiles be cut down to fit two side tables and they ruined both of them. Not only did they cut them down to the wrong sizes, but the cuts were off center and badly done. To top it off, I waited nine days for the service because they forgot to call me to tell me that the tiles were finished. What a waste of time! Not even an apology...
