DO NOT USE. This company will cost you in unforeseen costs, cook all of your time and complete absence of quality of service.

We ordered a full house frame in October when they advised 2-3wks. As soon as the order was placed this turned into 4-6wks. We then secure an alternate quote $4k cheaper whom could deliver in 2wks and tried to pull the order and then TimberTruss advised owe no we can deliver in 2-3wks.

Three weeks later they started to ask design questions and they were the designers, asking for engineering for a gable that they had and order to supply. After exhaustive back and forth they conceded and the frame started to turn up a month late.

Then we discover they went with cheapest floor frame wholesale quote which struck out wind beams, we asked them to match the original design which was timber. Consequently the job stalled and they demanded a PO to supply the beam that was included in our PO.

Use at your own peril, expect a major farcical.
