So very happy with our custom built desk. We spoke with Michael in-store, who shared his knowledge and experience, helping us to choose timber and design. Our furniture arrived within the estimated time frame and installation was efficient. We would highly recommend Timberworx if you are looking for a quality, custom made piece of furniture.

Sales person Michael was extremely helpful and patient.
We ordered a dining table but on arrival the legs of the table are a laminated striped appearance and they are a different colour to the table top.
We emailed the company expressing our point and got an extremely smart reply from Robert.
If we had known the legs were going to be a different colour from the table, we would not have ordered it.
Delivery time was a big issue for them also. They were extremely inflexible.
We are dissapointed and would not recommend this company.
This furniture is not cheap and we expected a better level of service.

I purchased a custom made 2.2m spotted gum TV unit from Timberworx.

I am very happy with the quality and the specifications are exact to my requirements.

Customer service from Robert was great. He was very knowledgeable and responded to emails promptly.

Build was complete within the stated time frame of 4-8 weeks.

Upon 1st attempt of delivery, the drivers noticed a defect inside one of the cabinets and refused to deliver the product. Although I was disappointed, I commend the delivery guys for making this decision and ensuring I was getting a quality product.

The cabinet doors were slightly out of alignment. This was no issue as it was promptly fixed within a week of receiving the unit.

Delivery guys were careful in not marking any walls or damaging the unit when installing.

A few days before the product was delivered I was given a timeframe between 6-8pm. I received a call at 2:30pm that day to say that the delivery drivers were at my home. This was quite an inconvenience to me given I had a busy day planned and was over an hour away. I would have appreciated a heads up earlier that day so I could plan accordingly rather than having to rush home.

I had also given one of my lamp tables to Timberworx as a basis for the colour I was after. A few days before delivery I texted TImberworx to make sure this was also going to be part of the delivery to which they confirmed it was already in the truck. The lamp table was not in the truck as well as some cabinet shelves which they forgot to install. The lamp table and installation of the shelves were delivered within a week of receiving the unit.

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase from Timberworx and recommend that if you are looking for a high quality piece of furniture to visit their showroom. I would have given 5 starts but the delivery organisation has some room for improvement.

Very happy with my custom made spotted gum floating shelves. Went in on a Sunday, salesperson was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Shelves were installed within 3 weeks!

Aaron from Timberworx was so helpful and generous with his time and resources to fix an issue we had with a TV unit that could not be wall hung. His team turned up a set of legs that worked a treat and he did not charge for the timber or the labour to build it. I can strongly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for cabinetry work.
