We had T&L Engineering, as the WA authorised agent for Enduroco fit an Enduroco lift kit to a 200 Series Hiace Commuter.
The lift kit should have cost under 10k fitted
We had nothing but issues, and they are still ongoing.
To start they didn't order the parts in time and after 8 weeks post deposit paid, vehicle reayd for fitment at the TL workshop, the manager let us know they didn't have the parts and would be another week.
Next they didn't quite know what they were doing and broke a torsion control arm on the vehicle, creating further damage, to a staff member with a medical treated injury and damage to our vehicle.
After less than 1000km the control arm bolts came loose and fell out.
This is a massive error that could have killed the driver, the wheel was flapping away with nothing holding it to steer straight.
It cost us another $10,000+ to recitfy, getting vehice towed remotely, sending parts from Enduroco at our cost, and engaging mechanics at our cost to rectify.
T&:L stalled and made many excuses, initially asking us to pay for and they would sort later once rectified, next we had mechanics ringing saying TL hadn't paid the bill's let alone our costs,
Rather than rectify the problem, learn what went wront, and improve TL have stuck the head in the sand and made excuses, even blamed the salesman.
Unfortunately the salesman we were dealing with has left after having to many scenarios like ours where TL over promised and drastically under delivered, talking with other customers this is not an isolated incident.
Would not deal with again.

I understand with Covid conditions and every vehicle arriving basically at the same time.
I met Chris last week and we went through what had been done so far.
He and his team have done amazing work and I want you to pass on to him for me as he is a very valuable assert to your company.
His customer service and dealing with customers is fantastic and I will put the word out as this is the second ute your company has done for me.

TL engineering do a lot of custom work for fabrication on vehicles, be it for mobility issues or just a general working body build for your 4WD vehicle. They are a leader in the industry and are used by a lot of car yards when they have to produce custom type vehicles for their customers be a tradesman police or any other variety of businesses that need that work done.
Ernie is one of the fabricators and is no doubt a great trade me in his profession where as he has shown that no job can’t be worked on And created the finish that the customer requires

I have used TL Engineering on two occasions to complete modifications to my wheelchair accessible vehicle. The modifications were completed in a very timely manner and completed to an excellent standard. We were really happy with the end result and would happily recommend them.

i have had my tray raised to fit a couple spares under it and a little tidy up job on the tray. i am so glad i chose t&l engineering, the work is brilliant, it was probably only a little job for these guys but the pride in the work and the attention to detail is excellent. they are the only people working on my ute from here on in. thankyou
