The place is great felt nice and comfortable while still being cheap although the experience was ruined by a little delinquent who caused mayhem for the guests. This little ranga would scream loudly at night running around in his underwear. He would barge into rooms scream and leave he was a horrible little runt

first impressions very poor all verandah and entrances covered in junk. communal areas also covered in junk. no solid doors on room and could hear noise from other guests and the water system. rooms were cold and central heating was turned off in the middle of the night. spa in our suite didnt work and outer spa closed but door off it's hinges. for 5he price we paid I think it would have been nice to stay elsewhere. road noise was noticeable and mosquitos were bad. wouldn't stay here again despite central location. our room was also serviced late evening 5 pm f9r dishes. could have done with fresh towel esp being winter towels don't dry. but only got clean dishes. wasn't expecting room to be serviced at all.

Great place to stay. The hosts Henrietta John and Levi made us all feel very welcome. We had a wonderful breakfast. We can all highly recommend this place for a holiday. Very peaceful place that is nice and clean.
We would have loved to have been able to take advantage of going on a wine tasting tour around the region with them but due to family commitments were unable. Next time.

We were really happy with our stay at the B & B. Our room was clean and a really comfy bed. The hosts were nice to chat too as well and generally really helpful. We didn't have a cooked brekky in the morning but others did and it was huge. We were more than happy with our stay. It was peaceful and just out of town.

The room was large with a big king bed, the host and hostess were lovely and so friendly. The breakfast was well cooked and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their son even came and joined in and was a great family experience. Will definitely use this accommodation again.

John & Henrietta, we enjoyed every minute of the 4 days we spent at Tobey Inlet B&B. Your hospitality was amazing, your knowledge of the area and suggested places to visit was a definite bonus. The rooms were clean and neat, each with it's own en suite bathrooms. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning & Henrietta had no problem mixing & matching our daily selections of the cooked English breakfast as well as the delectable fruit salad that accompanied the Continental breakfast, that from someone who as a rule never has fruit or fruit salad. If we're ever down that way again, we'll be sure to stay there.

We stayed 2 nights a family of 3 in this Bed and Breakfast. Rooms are very clean but the property itself has lots of junk and stuff everywhere which isn’t nice to the eye. They failed to tell us until one day before arrival that the breakfast is not up and running and then only on arrival when exploring the property that the spa is down. It is very cold this time of year and on the first night the heater went out (or was turned off to save money) so I text the owners as was up all night with the little one that doesn’t keep blankets on trying to keep him warm and then instantly after my text the following morning the heaters were working again . We went out for the day and again the following night around 12pm the heaters went out again (they must have it timed). Don’t stay if you are cold as you would expect at the least to be able to leave the heater on especially this time of year .

We stayed at this B&B for one night in April. The room itself was ok with a verandah leading onto a lovely garden area. Unfortunately (and obviously not the fault of the owners) there was a very loud and aggressive man in a room near us and we could hear every word he said which included a lot of swearing. I assume this was aimed at his poor wife! It was not a pleasant experience and put me on edge a little. |The breakfast was nothing special and seemed that everything is prepared in a way to use as little time as possible. Other reviewers seem happy with the food so perhaps it's just my preferences. I do think that little extras (e.g. good quality or even home made bread) make a huge difference and when paying the amount we paid, I expect a higher standard. We have stayed in the area many times and we left feeling that a little disappointed from this B&B. We won't return.
