Tokyo Wagyu is an amazing place to source the stars of an unforgettable steak night, and the very helpful people there will make sure you won't go wrong with your selection.
I got an A5 Japanese steak, 170g (when I got home, I trimmed out a huge hunk of fat, rendered it out and made beef fat potatoes - YUM - and took out some of the meat to freeze for later - 30g of A5 steak per person is plenty, plan lots of refreshing vegetable side dishes because you'll need them, A5 is crazy rich).

I also got some Australian Wagyu steaks, which were also really, really good steaks.

Will be going back!

Do your own yakiniku at home.
Pretty good experience. Meat is premium.

It's not just the amazing people in this store, nor the buttery deliciousness of A5 Wagyu, it's everything!! Pork belly you'd fight to the death over, awesome cuts of meats for all kinds of tastes, suggestions for dishes, and cutting tips for a beginner like me. My new favourite butcher 🥇

Finally a butcher shop in Perth that specialised in Japanese Wagyu!!

Nice & helpful staff! Went there this morning to their soft opening (owned by Sumiya Gin), purchased an A5 Wagyu Platter. Looks and tastes absolutely divine! Will definitely go back for more!
