I visited the store yesterday in search of chainsaw parts and was assisted by William, who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. However, my experience with the female staff member next to him was disappointing, as she seemed unapproachable and lacked customer service etiquette.

Despite this, I will definitely return for tools and the excellent service provided by individuals like William. Thank you, William, for your help—I truly appreciate it

Always a pleasant experience at this store, well kept premises and polite staff. I didn't catch the name of the staff member that served us, (clerk number on the receipt was 530) but he was efficient and professional, and aware of everything going on having just thwarted a thief in store. Good job.

Not well managed plenty of people behind the counter. Who knows what they do ? TDK Rockingham are always running out of stock no wonder the store is empty compared with Sydney and Total tools. Waist of time and fuel going there.

I phoned up regarding an issue with the lawnmower that I bought a few years back to see if it was still under warranty. The help and the customer service I received over the phone was next level, best I have ever experienced. I was asked to bring in my mower. When I arrived in the store I was greeted by name and the paperwork was ready to go. The Customer Service was stellar once again. Within 24 hours I had a call from the warranty teams saying that everything had been fixed and I could come in and collect my mower. I cannot say enough good things about the Team and the Service from TKD Rockingham.

I’m super impressed by the customer service from Nathan . It’s the only tool shop that legitimately caters for trade’s people bar none!

Nathan is a natural businessman, he makes a point of getting to know you and making sure he maintains his relationship. I’m always greeted when entering the store and he’ll go out of his to help. Also his products knowledge is excellent!!!

Good work Nathan and I look forward to doing business again.
