We've had Floorworld Toowoomba out twice, and all of the Staff have been exceptional. They're personable, genuine, honest, fuss-free and do amazing work.
Thank you to the receptionists Tamara and Katie, as well as the guys inc. the Owner Josh who have really helped make it all a seamless process. Really appreciate it, and couldn't recommend these guys enough.

We were referred to this business a few years ago when we were renovating. And what a fabulous referral it turned out to be. From that first job , and a number of jobs that have since followed, the service has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful with great suggestions and ideas, always staying within our designated budget. Thank you Floorworld Toowoomba … what an amazing Team 👏🏼
From the minute we entered the store, we were greeted with a professional, happy and helpful attitude.
The scheduling was very efficient and didn’t get changed, which is very rare in these current times.
Jacob and Mitch did an incredible job laying the carpet. It was a huge job and they were professional and polite 🙂
I loved the fact that the rest of The Team dropped in at the end of the day to help their mates. Great Teamwork.
I would highly recommend Floorworld Toowoomba.
