Absolutely useless! Im reveiwing the online support given by trade tools
Managed to lose my parcel, give me the wrong info and made me drive to collect something i paid express postage on (total goose chase/waste of my time), tried to blame me at every chance even though it was the couriers fault (not leaving it at my address because someone at reception of the hotel i was in for 3 weeks supposedly didnt know me), very rude on the phone and extremely unreasonable expectations
Errol is a princess, wont admit any mistakes and no understanding of how frustrating it has been dealing with trade tools in general

I would never recomend dealing with trade tools for any reason

Fails to understand what Lifetime Warranty means and is unwilling to help. Trying not to regret investing in TTI tools over past 20 years Sincerely appreciative that Sydney tools has opened a location in Tweed Now.

I'd like to share my experience with Total Tools in Burleigh. As I entered the store, I was met by a gentlemen named Damien who welcomed to the store and offered his assistance. He was so helpful and supportive with my purchase, and provided some amazing feedback based on what I needed to get my jobs done. I will 100% be back whenever I need tools in the future, all thanks to this amazing bloke. My partner and I came in and was served by Shane. We would just like to commend him on his fantastic customer service. In our experience, this level of service is hard to come by and it was truly a pleasure dealing with him this morning. He had time to help my partner decide what he wanted and make sure he got the best deal. This experience alone would make us shop at this store again over the other tool stores.
