Purchased this kit online, and the advertising material was misleading. The store was not willing to take any notice, and email to the head office hasn't had a reply. Add shows included 1 hammer drill, and there is an extra one on bonus

Poor customer service, 3 staff standing around the counter doing nothing. Was standing at items that need a magnet to unlock, was in eyesight but wasn’t offered any help. Same poor customer service when i was looking to buy a powertool combo.

Worst customer service
Bought dewalt pressure washer, within a month stop working after few time use. Return for repair, they advise within two week it will come back . After haven’t hear anything back I call the after three week. Staff told me that they will find out and call be back. After no call back call them two days then they advise me that it will be ready by nxt Wednesday. But as usual no call received from them call back nxt Monday its fifth week when I get back my washer. They give me job no and ask to call directly to their repair. When I call them the guy name rob was very frustrated on me as why I call them directly, only total tools can call them. So after listening a lot from him I call back total tool canning vale back the staff was not very keen to help as he said he will find out and call me back but same no call back. I call them again and got one answer we can’t do anything just wait .. what a customer service I get after spent $5000 in last few months.its my first review on google so any one can imagine how frustrating it is…👎👎👎

Well i was reluctant to walk into this store as i normally go to the tool supplier up the road, but as they have moved or shut shop,i needed to top up some of my tools for work. I was pleasantly surprised by the range and availability of not only what I was after but a whole range of tools and accessories in a well thought out and easy to read signage posted store. The staff were very helpful and friendly, so if your looking for any type of tools ( that aren't human ) pop in and have a browse .
