I ordered an item online that was incorrect. I contacted Total Tools and they unsuccessfully tried to intercept the order but it was delivered anyway. No problem, I was able to return the item in store. The two guys that attended to my return were nothing but polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I might add that during this whole process, there were regular emails updating me and offering assistance. An overall great experience!

Staff are completely useless at the joondalup store. To ask three times for them to get something in each time saying not a problem gave them my number and they never get back to me and have no record of the previous time. I understand it's only a small item but that shouldn't matter.
Ended up going to tool mart down the road so much better customer service and they had the part in stock. Should have went there to start with

Pathetic service.
No point having an online presence if you can't deliver, turn it off if you can not process orders!
Advertise items in stock for 2 day delivery that have no stock of or can't be bothered sending.
Wouldn't shop with again
Might be a franchise issue/ problem but that isn't my problem!!!!!!!!
