Went into the store today and asked about the Black Friday sales and especially the Makita battery deal. Was told it was Friday only deal, and was told I should have clicked and collected to get the deal.. I was extremely pissed off when I got home and read an email that the deal was extended till Sunday night. Customer service is for the second time disappointing in Midland. I'll stick to Kewdale going forward. At least they are on the money every time in anything you ask..

First time shop there.Polite knowledgeable efficient staff....Mark assisted me with a telephone enquiry,had the product ready at the checkout for me to collect...a pleasure to deal with.The store had a comprehensive well laid out range of products at reasonable prices.Can't ask for more..will definitely be back there again

What a bunch of legends! Recently had to tool shop with my wife as I’m starting my own trade business! They distracted my wife while I shopped up big! Made an online order from the Father’s Day catalog for click & collect at the midland store. In short it was a bit of a disaster & weeks later I found it was actually discontinued. Credit to the Midland store manager Paul Cookman for his lightning quick response to make things right & it all resulted in a very happy Dad.

Visited the store this morning to do some Christmas shopping for my husband, I was greeted by warm helpful staff that directed me where to find all the things I was looking for. After buying a few bigger/heavier items I was then asked if I needed help carrying my shopping to the car as I had my baby with me.
Highly recommend this store, we will definitely be return customers 😊
