I had an issue with an item I bought online that was dispatched through the Osborne Park branch. I called and spoke to Colin to rectify the issue.

Bought an item that was instock at this store through click and collect only to find it takes them 48hours to process orders and not a hour like most stores. This is absurd and totally defeats the purpose of click and collect, walking down the aisle and grabbing the item appeared to be too hard. Il just shop at Sydney tools from now on.

The products at Total Tools are of high quality. The service at my usual Midland branch is also very good. The guy at Osborne Park couldn't have been less helpful - he clearly didn't want to be there. When I asked about a dremel accessory he opened the cabinet and offered no assistance whatsoever, not asking what I was after etc leaving me to look through the myriad of attachments whilst standing there. I'm glad I selected the welding unit online as I'm sure he would have been equally unhelpful in choosing which one to buy.

Not customer friendly, I am not allowed to return the product that I don't want saying there is no package and the truth is I wasn't given any package while buying it. I had to replace an item but the staff was too afraid to remove the hook or pin. I had to literally remove the pin when I reached home. Really bad experience. Not even 1 ✨
