Wow, they are not even finished filling the shelves and the choice is endless, or at least it seems that way. If they don't have it, then I don't think you'll find it. And the staff are more than happy to help you anyway they can. Hell they indulged a crazy old man like me and let me take a photo or two, even modeled in one of them. They have tools I didn't even know existed. Enjoy their new store, it's only about five times or more bigger than the old one on the service road. Get in now for the opening specials. Unless you're reading this in six months from now.

Went in store to purchase a new metabo vacuum to replace my metabo. Salesman talked me into a Bosch. Worst vacuum I’ve ever used, absolutely useless for the job. Would t suck the dust off a flea. When returned they told me I should have bought the metabo. Had the rep for Bosch involved that also mentioned “well it’s not a metabo is it” and said there’s nothing they could do. The Bosch went in the skip bin at work and purchased a metabo from trade tools. Last Bosch tool I’ll ever buy and last time I shop at total tools.

Very happy with my experience. Walked in and went straight down an isle, I didn't intend on asking for help. But almost immediately I had a nice gentleman ask if I'd like any help with anything so I wont pass up that opportunity to make my search faster. Unfortunately he could only help with 1 of my 2 items but the service was awesome and happy with all my purchases
