Went in to buy 2 pairs of boots and an acubra on a tuesday morning (not busy). After 10 minute wait, none of the 6 staff came to assist. Only 1 other customer in store. Left without purchase.

I went into totally workwear this morning with a pair of steel cap boots I had bought from them previously those boots weren’t for me so I wanted a refund but I spoke to Karen who was fantastic about my situation, she helped me find the right boots that would suit me & my work. The customer service Karen showed me was outstanding I wasn’t going to buy another pair of boots from there but Karen showed understanding & knowledge on my situation it made me feel secure in buying from there again. So thank you Karen well done

The two young staff I dealt with were great! I was chasing a new pair of work boots and despite it being close to closing they took the time to ensure I got a good fit. I’ve since done a lot of walking in those boots and they are terrific.

They didn’t have the product I was looking for and when the staff member asked, who I presume is the manager, she then said they would not just order one for me but I would have to wait for the company to place a multi product order and said I would have to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery of a simple cotton safety vest! Not impressed with their manner in looking after casual customers.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Had a good selection of sizes of scrubs, seemed to have a fair variety of other workwear too. Changing rooms are clean and a good size. Parking (free) just outside.

Excellent place to go for most of your work wear, yes you probably can buy it cheaper at other places but that involves a lot of running around to different places, I would rather get it all in one place at the same time, all the clothing I have purchased here has always been good quality and lasted a long time, unless they didn't stock it I would not shop anywhere else for my work stuff, always good service to.

In a city where work wear shops are literally everywhere, these guys are a definite stand out. Staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to offer help. The shop also has a very large selection of products available. Highly recommended 👌.
