Management are cowards and dishonest avoid this store they are the worst business I have ever seen in 38 years.

Walked into store with no one in it. Went to back of store to look at boots found a couple boots I was interested in. Tried some on off display wall, heard someone talking as I was looking.

Was not approached walked to counter with shoes to try different sizes. Seen a woman talking to a guy in the side room as you walk in. Stood there for a minute or so was not acknowledged. No bell to ring if unattended so i Walked over to her then she asked me if I needed any help.

She was ok after that grabbed the size i wanted. I would've left the store if I didn't need boots right then and there for work.

If you have the time and would like cheap work boots with the same if not better customer service goto bunnings.

Pretty average
Very limited range, staff weren't overly helpful
I had to chase someone down just to ask just to see if they stocked the outfit I required only to just be told that "what we have is over there. If it's not there, we don't have it"

I had to ask if they would be getting any, can I order them, do other stores have them in stock etc

The whole experience was like pulling teeth

Would up getting fed up and going to another store and got exactly what I wanted from helpful staff

I Feel very sorry for the older woman who served me today. Approached me wiping her eyes was clear she had been crying.. she was then very rude to me… Happy to provide examples if management care but maybe they need to care about why she was clearly upset at work. She wanted my name for the receipt probably to see if a complaint would be made about her but I just feel sorry for her. Hope whatever had upset her is resolved and she’s feeling better soon.. giving this place 1 star as the customer service needs improvement but even more so maybe they need to look at how they can support their team.

They Never answer the phone 15 mins before closing ….. very annoying for people working 9-5 jobs and trying to organise clothing…. My minimum spend is $130 per pair of pants…. They don’t call back when trying to order workwear… other stores have excellent customer service but unfortunately yatala is the only one that stocks what we need…. Frustrating. We would spend $1000 on what we need but they want payment up front to order what they should already have in stock…. No faith. No call backs and very disappointing.

Went in on Thursday afternoon, all staff were amazing, very helpful, took the time, listened, showed me all the brands of shorts, didn't push me towards a particular brand. Walked away happy and as a valued customer
