Town of Mosman park takes advantage and fines multiple $125 fines to young highschool students for trying to find parking to go to their own school. After continuously trying to appeal the fine or politely ask for a reduction, the Town of Mosman Park declines with no reasonable explanation. There are no clear signs as to where to park or where not to park. The Town of Mosman Park claims there is a sign that recognises the owner of the 'reserve' and that should be enough to indicate not to park there, however after looking for this sign I only found one that stated "Jane Dodd Park" firstly, this sign was facing the opposite direction to the carpark making it impossible to see it and secondly the sign even states that the area is a park NOT a reserve. There are no warnings to the young girls, only a large fine which majority can not/struggle to pay. Rangers clearly have no sympathy for these young girls. Find it very disappointing that a council like itself acts and treats residents this way. Every other council I have been in contact with believe this is unreasonable and the girls should have at least been given a warning or a reduction.

The Town of Mosman Park needs to display more signs as to where people can and cannot park as they continuously fine high school students for parking outside their school. No reasonable explanation for why these fines appeals are continuously denied; all they care about is money!

Insufficient parking at the Johnston Street Boat Ramp. Unreasonable about relevant appeals. On busy days, many vehicles are parked on verges all around Manners Park. Peppermint Grove appears to be more lenient about the issue. Please provide some parking for the boaties with trailers.

Lived in Mosman Park a long time. No bulk rubbish pick up. Verge valet. Complete waist of time. Live in apartment and strata have to do it. An overly difficult procedure. Get back to how it use to be done.
