Just spent 2hrs on chat with them instructing me to do this and do that. I was repeatly refused escalation. I still have a router with extremely poor performance. SIM card performs well in other devices. TPLink blamed everything on the poor performance other than their router. I am not happy and will buy a new router (not TP Link) so I guess they won the battle.

Avoid TP-Link AX72 at All Costs – Terrible Experience!

I am beyond frustrated with the TP-Link AX72. This router is a complete disappointment. Despite having a high-speed internet connection, the AX72 slashed my Wi-Fi speed by over 200 Mbps! I hired an IT professional to help, but even with their expertise, the router’s performance was shockingly bad.

To make matters worse, TP-Link’s customer service was completely unhelpful. They made me jump through endless hoops, but nothing resolved the issue. It’s clear this router is either a flawed product or just plain poor quality.

Save yourself the headache – don’t waste your money on TP-Link. I’m done with this brand, and you should be too!

Really shouldn't put ads in notifications in your router app. It's supposed to be for emergency info and not to make us drop everything to see what the important notice was. Who cares your wifi 7 stuff is coming up in the future? It's not even ready yet. Do better like fixing issues with your router security noted in your forums for 5 years.

Poor quality products, owned a router which was life expired after a year of use, bought an archer AX-10 as a replacement only to be told that it's faulty after 6months of use. Wifi rarely connects

tp-link provides a very poor service, and then they ask for $$. Everything is about I cannot help you further unless you pay $$$. The modem is bad quality too, connection does not reach far enough at your home. I had to buy a second connector to serve my home. And connection is average, no matter speed you go with the provider. TPG use those modems when contract them. TPG is time to find a better option because this tp-link is a poor choice!

Very irresponsible and worst customer service . Try to connect since 30 min but someone hung up straight on face after long queue. They don't have resources or respect for people"s time and money. internet is terribly slow feel like Stone Age , thinking to change this service soon if it goes like it and I recommend everyone NOT to Waste your money on as per my experience. Look like they have enough customers that they don't care about their service anymore . Sad story short .

Used their online support chat to try to resolve why I can't connect a second Tapo camera. The agent had no idea which product I was using, had no useful suggestions about how to overcome the problem and was unaware of their obligations under consumer law. I would never buy anything from them again, their support is zero. If I could give less than one star I would.
