I recently purchased a used TPS DO meter which is no longer in production, after contacting TPS they were more than happy to assist with identifying and providing spare parts for the unit to get it up and running. Given that the device is over 25 years old this is great service, and also speaks to the quality of the build of the meter which is working well. I'd happily do business with them again.
