I went to Tradelink Cairns Showroom with my wife not knowing what we wanted in our newly renovated ensuite. But we were served by Kathryn and she knew everything and answered all our questions and provided so many options. She was so knowledgeable and caring, and really made sure we were happy with our choices. Everything was ordered quickly and arrived as expected in perfect condition. Disappointed to go in shortly after 9. Staff on ph discussing their health & a recent round of covid. No acknowledgement so we waited. After 10.mins she was still on ph, still talking about herself & her health journey, still no communication & still no service! So we walked out to go elsewhere where we could spend our $$$ & actually get some customer service!!! Very disappointing experience.
