Needed a new toilet STAT! Tradelink Woolloongabba had exactly the toilet we wanted and the trade team were friendly and great to deal with. Easy access parking off Jurgens Street.

Angela, the new in-house interior design manager at Tradelink Woolloongabba is so knowledgeable and helpful. And the advice is free! The store has a large range of bathroom brands and fixtures to look at in a bricks and mortar store. It is important to see a wide range of brands and touch the products. You can do that here. But most important is the need I had for advice. Angela really made the experience easy. New bathrooms need a lot of complex interrelated decisions and Angela reminds you about all the angles you need to consider. Plus she helps you get the best prices. It was lovely to deal with someone so experienced and patient. This Tradelink Showroom is well-stocked and beautifully managed by Angela. Highly recommended!

Just had the polar opposites of customer service experiences at Tradelink @ the Gabba.
Firstly, I simply can't praise Angela, in the showroom, highly enough. She was friendly, informed and couldn't have been more helpful. A genuinely lovely person who patiently worked through a few issues with me so that we could achieve the best possible outcomes. Thanks again Angela.

Unfortunately I had the exact opposite experience with the staff in trade section who were condescending and downright rude. As the wife of a sparkie, I interact with trade section staff in a multitude of businesses across Brisbane. This is the first time I have encountered such arrogance and rude behaviour. Very disappointing and a very poor representation of your brand.

Had the best experience here today after visiting 4 previous trade links who weren’t really interested in helping us with the NERO tap-ware brand.

I’m a visual person and I wanted to feel the quality before giving our builder the go ahead. Nero don’t display a lot of their items in stores which was disappointing however Rosalie from trade link in woolloongabba went above and beyond for us. The only place that had a variety of NERO available to look at and feel and actually went the extra mile to sit down with us and go over the huge Nero manual book and on the computer so we could get codes for all the items we needed.

Totally recommend and would definitely come back again

Holly deserves 10 stars!!!
I can't rate Holly (Tradelink Woolongabba's new in-house interior designer) and this Tradelink Showroom highly enough.

I went in looking for a bath, some basins/sinks and toilet suites, totally forgetting about all the other bits and pieces I needed.
Holly was super helpful, gently prompting me about the other bathroom and kitchen accessories I might require for our renovation. It was in these finer details that Holly was most amazing. There are so many ranges and finishes to choose from, it could easily become overwhelming however, Holly quickly asked about the style of the house and my quality preferences and then narrowed down our selections to within 2 brands and 1-2 ranges within those brands.

I was actually dreading doing tap selections but Holly made this whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Holly also saved me multiple return trips as I eventually remembered all the things I would not have thought of during that first visit.

Holly has since gone above and beyond, quickly providing spec sheets for our plumber and cabinet maker. On a subsequent showroom visit, to place orders on previous selections, Holly even used her expertise in tiles (from her previous position with National tiles) to quickly reassure me in my tile selections.
Nothing has been too much trouble.

Holly is a hidden gem! At the moment the Woolongabba Showroom is relatively quiet but when word gets out about how amazing Holly is, this showroom will be very, very, busy. My recommendation is if you want the best customer service experience imaginable, go and see Holly today.

Connor, Ryan and the rest of the team in the trade centre have also been really helpful with the trade items I have since needed.

A sincere thank you to Holly and the entire Tradelink Woolongabba team!

PS Woolongabba is not my closest Tradelink store, I happened in there on my first visit as I was in the area, however, now, I gladly drive from Bardon, and wouldn't consider going to any other Showroom.
