I bought some boots and two pairs of socks... I only used the purple sock once and it was horrible, the spots on the boots stuck to my pants, etc. I went to the store to see if they could refund my money or exchange it for something else... to which they told me NO!!! and after I insisted a little they told me "they would talk to a boss, they took photos of the sock and took my cell phone number and said they would give me an answer" more than 6 days have passed and I still have not received a response. My purchase was made on 05/18, I understand that it took more than two weeks to CHANGE MY MIND, but in this case I am not changing my mind, the product is defective, I paid $15 dollars for each pair of socks and I will not use them again . I bought 3 pairs at KMART for $12 dollars and they were great, not a single speck. The truth is I don't know if they will give me a solution, but I didn't want to stay silent!

This store has a great selection of equipment and multiple fitting rooms which is handy.

The first time I went in a few weeks ago, I had a very nice younger man ask if he could help me find anything, he was very accommodating, the ladies at the counter were not super polite though.

Just been into the store now; walked right in the door and noone even said "hello". I looked around at all of the pants, some shirts, pulled bags off the hooks and went all through them, looked at sunglasses, tried pants on etc...and not a single person asked if they could be off assistance.

They were however standing in a group chatting at the counter, they were putting items on the shelves and restocking right next to me...but it wasn't until I had my card in hand and I was standing at the counter than anyone said a word.

Would have liked to buy pants and shirts but couldn't be assed after that. If I didn't like the backpack I bought so much, I would have just walked out. Depressing vibe overall.

I'm not complaining for the sake of it either. I rarely make complaints online but when there are customers you should ask them if they need help. Obviously.

Bad. Bought some shoes online and they are faulty. Sent pictures to them and also to Blundstone who sent an email saying I was entitled to a refund. It’s now over a week since I sent the email and still no refund.

Update - they did sort my issue but only because Scott was filling in for the original manager. He was wonderful and sorted things on the spot. Something that the other manager dragged their feet on for two weeks.

Online purchase are a completely different department to in store purchases, they do not talk to each other, that’s what they said.
Also tried to call the store a few times and no one picks up.
I was just trying to receive a online purchase and each time I would go in to pick up its not there. But she couldn’t give me a definite date the product would be there.
Besides the online orders that’s could be improved.
I do like this store and they have plenty of stock inside to choose from. Also the staff are friendly and quick to help inside.

Bonnie was very helpful in keeping on top of of my orders delivery and let me know as soon as it was in stock at Osborne Park so I could pick it up.

Bought some work pants there that failed after a couple of months wear. I assumed it was a fault in the fabric as I have other work pants that I've been wearing for years. Took them back and was told they'd send them to the supplier and get back to me. Didn't hear back from them. Have since phoned several times and even gone in to store to find out what's happening and it's always "the girl who does this isn't here today. we'll get back to you."

they never got back to me and I've since had Consumer Protection involved because i am still $150 down with no pants to show for it and they are playing the same game with Consumer Protection.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

UPDATE 26-2-24 Have provided my bank details for promised refund but STILL NO RESOLUTION

update 7-4-24 i received a refund yesterday. more than 12mths after taking my pants back to the store. why this took so long to resolve, I'll never know. won't be shopping there again or recommending them to anyone. a shame, because the guy who served me intially was very helpful and they seemed to hold a good range.

I’m not happy with their customer service. I placed my order in the shop, and the guy told me it would arrive in two weeks. I’ve been waiting for three weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. I called them to confirm the order, and the lady told me I have to wait at least four weeks. It’s very frustrating, and they don’t seem to care about their customers.

I emailed to get another copy of a tax invoice and thought it would take a few days. I received an email back a couple of hours later. Very happy with the customer service.
