Trailer parts Port Hedland and in particular Jan, were wonderful. We had a major issue with our caravan which if was not identified and repaired we would have had to return our caravan on a trailer, back to the east states. Without any hesitation Jan and his team offered to work over the weekend including Sunday to find the issue, which they repaired. Jan's generosity extended to an offer for us to stay in our van at his site over night! We found Jan to be a brilliant mechanic and also a genuine, honest person, we were very fortunate to find him.

Jan Kourt was an absolute lifesaver. We lost a wheel on our way past Port Hedland. Wheel studs sheered right off while we were doing 100km/hr on the Great Northern Highway. The towie knew exactly who could help us late on Saturday afternoon. Jan and his guys put the wheel on temporarily and let us setup the caravan to stay in the yard for the night since we couldn’t get accommodation anywhere. And then he rallied them all to work through Sunday knocking a proper fix together to replace both hubs so we could continue our holiday the Sunday evening. Repairs had to be machined because they needed foreign parts that wouldn’t be available for weeks.

If you are looking for old school work ethic and experience. This is the place to go.

Will forever be grateful for the best holiday breakdown we could have ask for. It could have been a nightmare experience with days of delays and extra expense, but instead it was just a cool little adventure.

Had issue with caravan @ 4:30pm on a Sunday.,as didn’t have appropriate tools , Trailer parts Port Hedland came up on google search. What a legend Jan was, service & knowledge of mechanical minded issues, issue was sorted with minimal of fuss.

We had a collapsed stabiliser, I took it apart and found the pin that holds the leg against the cog had broken. Rang these guys, took it in to them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Great service and we really appreciated the help as we are 7 weeks in of a 4 month trip. Well done.
