The team came out to sort out moving and assembly of some office furniture. The booking process was simple, and in all respects they were very professional and lovely to deal with, and even made some suggestions as to what furniture to move where (which suggestions were gratefully adopted). Speedy and also took away the cardboard boxes from the new furniture!

My strata company asked Trayd to rectify some paving issues we were having. On one side of the pavers there was a slight dip which we asked Trayd to fix. Trayd carried out the work and we paid the money. After a month the pavers ended up much worse than they were before. Trayd were given several chances to fix their work but they refused. They did issue a second quote asking for more money to do so. This job was not carried out with reasonable skill or care, they left things behind and after two phone calls months apart they have still not collected these. I would not recommend Trayd.

Happy with work in our office. We had limiting factors such as hours of day/week they could attend so the end price was more than we had hoped with afterhours penalty rates/minimum hours etc. And it took a while to schedule the jobs. But happy with the ouctome. Especially the flooring - the guy did a great job cutting and joining existing vinyl with no gaps or patches. Other jobs finished quickly without issue also.
