Big thank you to the team at Trek Belmont (Jimmy, Matt, & Andries) for going above and beyond with the quick turnaround on my rear tire repair. This is the second time they’ve fixed my tire within a day, getting me back on the bike the very next day.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff and great service. I came here inquiring about how to mullet my bike, a Rail 7. Other Trek stores didn't seem interested in helping me. I rang Trek head office and they themselves put me onto the Belmont store.

Anyhow they sorted me out and now my Rail is mulleted and its great! They have also helped me with some other issues and they are now my Trek store of choice. Highly recommended.

I was greeted by Aidan as I walked in, he listened to what I was looking then directed me to the bike. I took it for a quick test ride, he then explained all the features. Setup the bike and I purchased it. Very happy customer, AAA service.

Andy at the Belmont store was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had very little knowledge about Trek and the type of cycle I would require. But Andy went through the Pro's and Con's between the Checkpoint, Madone & Domane. I test rode all three bikes and next thing you know, I was saddled on a new Trek Domane SL6. They did not have the colour I wanted in stock but Andy sourced the last one for me at the Whitfords store which I then picked up later in the day.

All round it was a great experience purchasing a new bike that my wife and I ended up purchasing a new Marlin+ 6 e-Bike too.
