I don't often write reviews, wanted to do this one for Trek Bicycles Gabba, as I believe the measure of a person or a company is how they react to when things don't go as planned...

The team at Trek Bicycle Gabba were amazing, from getting my bike assembled to my specifications, storing it and taking it to their protective wrapping person (charged direct to the wrapper) and then showing me the way the bike works - BUT (read on);

After only a couple of rides the bike developed a really loud creak. When I called the team at Trek Bicycles Gabba they immediately asked me to bring the bike in to them for them to have a look at. As soon as I arrived, they jumped straight onto it, found a faulty part and went in to bat for me with their supplier. The result is an upgraded part, something they did not need to do or fight for, but they did!

Happy to recommend you both and the store for the service - oh and the bike is pretty amazingly awesome too - especially with the Upgraded part fitted.

Went there to look and work out a suitable bike. Got brushed off as a non-serious buyer because I wasn’t sure about which model. Pretty rude. Won’t go again. Just bought a $14,000 Cervelo. Stay away

Wonderful service and experience here, all the stuff were very nice. There’s water and coffee as well, so if you’re bringing your partner in, but he or she isn’t into bikes, they still can have a little drink and a comfy place to sit 🤣🤣🤣. The store environment is really clean, admiring the bikes in store are pretty satisfy as well

Once again very nice service and they pretty much answered every question about bikes!!!

I invested in my first bike with Trek, and the experience has been great. Ben and Mark made sure to answer all my beginner's questions and were able to find the bike I wanted in my size at another store. Additionally, Mark fitted the bike and walked me through my first service, getting everything spot on.
