The staff are great!! I have stopped there more than a couple of times and quite frequently and they were more than happy to assist every single time. It was a great experience, and they made me so comfortable. Dylan taught me how to change the tire in case of an emergency during long rides. I had to change trains to get there, and understanding the situation, they extended their time and helped me resolve the issue even beyond the closing time. W staff

First purchase from Trek, and the service from Jake at the Ipswich store did not fault. From the moment I walked in, to testing the bike, to leaving the store - service was 10/10. No pushy sales person lecture, just simple facts and taking the time to find out what I was looking for, and provided very competitive prices. Would highly recommend Trek Ipswich to everyone.

The staff were friendly and really helpful by understanding my needs. They walked me through my suitable options while weighing cons and pros while being very encouraging.

The week or two after purchasing the bike I took my bike on a 200km touring ride with an 15kg extra weight. After I finished the ride the bike was well worn in. I took the bike into the shop and they did a quick tune up on the spot and finished it with a wash down... Now that is service.

The person who served me was perfect. He answered my questions so well and made me very comfortable to buy something I’d seen online just that morning. I also had a test ride in the nearby streets. I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Trek Ipswich. I don’t live locally but the drive was well worth it for an important purchase. A first class team and store. Last week my sons trek marlin was stolen from a GC caravan park he was devastated and we needed to replace. Jake helped us out with the equilivant to our previous one and when we collected todsy there was a surprise bottle holder on it. That small gesture meant a lot.
