The product I wanted was listed on the website as available so, silly me, decided to drive through the chaotic Christmas traffic to only find that 1) the store is rather difficult to locate, even when standing directly near it and 2) they no longer stock the product range. The person who unlocked the store door to let me in seemed quite bemused, although I note the website was updated in the afternoon. I've subsequently ordered directly from Amazon, they can have the $2,000 with my thanks. It's no wonder so many retail places are for lease in the city.

We've used Trimira twice to for data and AV integration in our home.

The first time was to install data, telephone and TV points in a post war high set house back to a central data rack as part of our renovations. The second time was after we moved into a 10 year old house to install several additional outlets, wall mount a TV in the living room, and relocate/migrate the existing patch panel to a new data rack in the garage.

Tristan and his technicians were great to deal with. They explain what's required and offer clear options and alternatives if the encounter anything unexpected, which often happens when running cables through an existing build.

They arrived at the agreed time and took care to ensure our furniture was protected as they worked. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all rubbish, which is rare when dealing with trades. The quality and finish of their work was great and on both occasions we were very satisfied with the outcomes.

As an added bonus, we've found Trimira's pricing very competitive when compared to other quotes, and we will continue to use and recommend them for future work.

I recently purchased some Focal Home Theatre speakers from Tristan. He offered good advice and was not pushy...just helpfull. The Focal's sound great. When they were delivered though, there were some parts missing in one of the cartons. Tristan went out of his way to deliver them the next day to my home even though he was on leave for christmas. A big thank you for the service and I would definetely recomend his company to all.
